Memberships

Our memberships can be purchased through our website, over the phone or at the park on your next visit. 

You can renew your membership online, over the phone or at the park. When renewing online please enter a lowercase ‘r’ before your membership number.

1. By purchasing a Camel Creek Membership, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.

2. All members must present valid proof of their active membership upon entry to the park.

3. Memberships are strictly personal and must not be shared, transferred, or loaned to any other individual.

4. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once purchased.

5. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to amend opening times, scheduled events, and available facilities without prior notification.

6. Certain optional experiences and special events within the park are not included in the membership and may incur an additional charge. Members may receive discounts on select events and attractions; please contact Guest Services for details.

7. Height restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions for safety reasons. Ride operators retain absolute discretion regarding who may safely participate.

8. Children aged under 16 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or over whilst on park premises.

9. Members must adhere to all park regulations applicable to general visitors, including designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited outside of these designated zones.

10. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse any membership application or renewal, or to terminate a membership at its sole discretion.

11. In accordance with UK consumer law, memberships relating to leisure activities and services scheduled for specific dates or periods—such as admission to Camel Creek Family Adventure Park—are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that the service will begin immediately and that you waive your statutory right to cancel.

12. All memberships will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. You can manage your renewal settings in the “My Account” section of our website or request cancellation by emailing us atku.oc.keerclemac@ollehup to 28 days prior to renewal.

13. Park access times vary based on your membership.
    

• New monthly memberships are currently not available.
• Monthly memberships are sold as an annual (12-month) agreement paid in 12 monthly instalments. This agreement cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month period.
• To cancel your monthly or annual membership, you must notify us via email atku.oc.keerclemac@ollehor by letter, up to 28 days prior to your renewal date. Mid-contract cancellations are not permitted.
• All memberships will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period.
• An active and valid payment method must be held on the “My Account” section. If cancelled or an instalment is missed: (a) You will lose the option to continue as a monthly member. (b) Membership benefits, including park access and discounts, will immediately cease for all memberships on the account. (c) We reserve the right to require payment of the full outstanding balance for the remaining term of the contract.

Members who continuously renew their membership without interruption will retain their original membership price for life, regardless of future price adjustments. This “Price for Life” guarantee is only valid if membership is renewed without any lapse or break in continuous coverage. Should a membership lapse, future renewals will be subject to current membership pricing at the time of reinstatement.

The Price for Life offer will be revoked if the membership is cancelled or if payments become unsuccessful.

Camel Creek Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this “Price for Life” promise at any point, providing at least 60 days’ notice to members. Such amendments or termination will not affect active memberships during their current term.

The following benefits described within each membership tier are offered as perks and are not contractually binding. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to amend, substitute, or remove any such benefits on an annual basis without notice.

Provides unlimited entry without restrictions. When purchasing VIP memberships, a minimum of 2 must be bought.
Perks include:

• Entry on any public opening day in the season. The opening calendar can be found on our website

• 50% Friends & Family Discount (Discounted tickets must be purchased at the gate. The member must be present and entering with the party. One discounted ticket is allowed per valid membership per day.)

• 15% discount on Food & Drink (A valid membership pass must be presented at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued if the guest fails to inform the team of their membership status at the time of transaction.)

• 10% discount on Retail Purchases (A valid membership pass must be presented at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued if the guest fails to inform the team of their membership status at the time of transaction.)

• 50% Discount on Extra Activities (including Birthday Parties, Animal Experiences, and Bungee Trampolines – T&Cs apply) (Birthday Party discounts apply only to parties held for the member themselves. Checks will be made at the time of booking to confirm that the birthday party is for the member applying the discount.)

• 25% discount on Holiday Bookings (The member must be attending the holiday. Checks will be made on arrival and collection of wristbands. Please email [email protected] with your member details to obtain a discount code. Discounts are not valid on selected school holiday breaks; further information will be provided upon application of the discount code.)

Includes unlimited park entry. Perks include:

• 25% Friends & Family Discount (Discounted tickets must be purchased at the gate. The member must be present and entering with the party. One discounted ticket is allowed per valid membership per day.)
• 10% discount on Food & Drink (A valid membership pass must be presented at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued if the guest fails to inform the team of their membership status at the time of transaction.)
• 5% discount on Retail Purchases (A valid membership pass must be presented at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued if the guest fails to inform the team of their membership status at the time of transaction.)
• 25% Discount on Extra Activities (including Birthday Parties, Animal Experiences, and Bungee Trampolines – T&Cs apply) (Birthday Party discounts apply only to parties held for the member themselves. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to update these terms periodically. All members will be notified of significant changes via email, and updates will be published on the official Camel Creek website.
