Feel free to visit us at no cost prior to your group visit to explore our facilities and conduct your risk assessment. Simply bring your school or group ID and coordinate your visit through our Reception team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Teachers/organisers can get free entry on a ratio of 1:10
The visit to carry out a risk assessment is a maximum of 2 adults only, we do not allow lone people in, so 2 people must be present, please bring ID
Students/guests who hold a membership have to pay the admission fee
No refunds or transfers will be given to guests/students who are unable to make it
VAT invoice can be supplied on request
Payment must be received at least 1 week in advance
Students/guests must be accompanied by a teacher/leader at all times during the visit
The whole group will be asked to leave the site immediately if an individual is verbally aggressive towards staff or guests

Fantastic Day. All the staff were so friendly and so understanding of my ND child. The Junior Keeper experience was very special, and Keeper Millie was brilliant. Thanks for making a special birthday even more special!

Junior keeper experience was fantastic! Then we followed up with rides on the park and free mini golf! Be warned though, the log flume gets you extremely wet!

We went to the glamping site attached to this, we stayed in one of the bell tents. It was a lovely stay. The site has amazing views. The beds were so comfortable with quality sheets. I was impressed with the kitchen and shower blocks. But the person that made it was Jack, ive never seen someone with such a high attention to detail ( wouldn't let me in the shower until he'd got rid of his own footprints!) We went in a heat wave but he still took time out of his day to show me other accommodation when I asked. My daughter said she was going to miss him when we went as he was so cheerful, definitely needs a raise!! Would highly recommend

What an amazing day we had today at Camel Creek. Firstly, your amazing scarecrows were so kind and caring with our brownies when they really wanted to go into the house of terrors but were too scared after seeing the first group come out. The accommodations they made for them were amazing. They turned on the lights and went around with them so they felt less scared. One of our brownies , who is neurodivergent, was very scared and got herself into a right state about wanting to go in, one of the scarecrows made sure to tell her when there was going to be noise ect. and was really reassuring. I wish i had got her name as i would have named her as she was truly amazing, They were just truly AMAZING!! And finally Toby, for finding us somewhere dry to eat our lunch. We have seen him in the past, He always goes above and beyond to make coming to Camel Creek an enjoyable experience. He is also truly AMAZING! Thank you again for our amazing visit and we will be back.
