Are there minimum or maximum numbers of children?

Meet your group at the entrance before you go in. We ask that guests enter the park as one group, children being dropped off at the entrance must be met at admissions by the organiser.

Our birthday parties are not staffed, while a member of the team will bring the food to the party there will not be a staff member present for the duration of your party.

You will have exclusive use of the party room for 90 minutes, after that it must be cleared of your belongings at the end of your time slot.

Guests that are not booked onto the birthday party or confirmed prior to the day simply pay the full day admission rate upon entry to the park, children and adults included.

Your food will be served 15 minutes after the start of your time slot – your choice of either 11.45am or 1.45pm.

You are welcome to bring your own cake and/or decorations, but this is not supplied.

Bookings are non-refundable, however if required, we will try our best to move the booking to an alternative date.
