Can children visit the park without an adult?

Children aged 16 and over may enter the park without an accompanying adult. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

All children must remain under the supervision and control of a responsible adult at all times whilst visiting the park.

We advise pre-booking in advance; when booking online you will save on your day out. Obviously you will be able to purchase on arrival, however prices may differ from those online.

Tickets can be moved to a different date for a fee of £2 per ticket. This can be done through our website booking portal.

Unfortunately due to our zoo licence we only accept guide dogs. Documentation must be shown on arrival. Please check our terms and conditions for more information. We do not have any undercover parking so please do not leave your dogs in the car. Read more information about assistance dogs here.

Yes! We operate our rides in the rain however there may be some disruption to operating times while heavy rain passes. Our indoor soft play is always open.

You do not need book, simply bring along your CATA pass or Golden Ticket with you on the day. (The Golden Ticket cannot be used during August or on special events). 

Yes, we take cash or card at the park.

Our memberships can be purchased through our website, over the phone or at the park on your next visit.

You can renew your membership over the phone or at the park. Renewals receive a price of life offer.

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink to the park. If you need to leave the park to collect items from the car, the team in the gift shop can stamp your hand so you can leave and re-enter.

We have wheelchairs that guests can hire for a £10 refundable deposit. Please contact our reception team prior to your visit to organise this. Unfortunately, we do not have mobility scooter hire on site.

No, our car park is free of charge.

Unfortunately, we do not have lockers at the park. You will need to carry your valuables with you.
