Do I need to pre-book?
We advise pre-booking in advance; you will be able to purchase on arrival however prices may differ from those online.
I have a CATA pass; how do I book?
You do not need to book. Simply bring your CATA pass or letter of invitation with you on the day. (Cannot be used during August)
Can I move my booking?
Tickets can be moved to a different date for a fee of £2 per ticket. This can be done through our website.
Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunately due to our zoo licence we only accept guide dogs. Documentation must be shown on arrival. Please check our terms and conditions for more information. We do not have any undercover parking so please do not leave your dogs in the car.
What proof do you need for a concession ticket?
Please provide your blue light badge, DLA/PIP letter, ID card or Blue light card on arrival if you have purchased a concession ticket.
What are your opening times through the year?
Our opening times and days change throughout the year. The attractions that are open also change throughout the year. Please see our ride status page or contact the team in reception to find out what is open at the time of your visit.
It’s raining, will your rides be open?
Yes! We operate our rides in the rain however there may be some disruption to operating times while heavy rain passes. Please double check on the morning of your visit by giving us a call.
Do you take cash?
Yes, we take cash or card at the park.
Why is the online discount code not working?
The online discount code is only applicable for the individual priced tickets and will not work alongside another discount code. If you are still having difficulty, then please give us a call.
How do I purchase memberships?
Our memberships can be purchased through our website, over the phone or at the park on your next visit.
How can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership online, over the phone or at the park. When renewing online please enter a lowercase r before your membership number. You will receive a 25% discount when you renew on your expiry date.
Can I bring a picnic to the park?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drink to the park. If you need to leave the park to collect items from the car the team in the gift shop can stamp your hand so you can leave and re-enter.
Can I hire a mobility scooter or Wheelchair?
We have wheelchairs that guests can hire for a £10 refundable deposit. Please contact our reception team prior to your visit to organise this. Unfortunately we do not have mobility scooter hire on site.
Do I need to pay for parking?
No, our carpark is free of charge.
Do you do Birthday Parties?
Yes! Please contact the Reception team for more information on what’s on offer.
Do you have lockers?
Unfortunately we do not have lockers on park. You will need to carry your valuables with you.
Can I change the date of my visit?
Yes, if you have purchased dated tickets and you need to change the date simply select the change your visit date ticket option on the booking page. There is a £2 charge per ticket to change the date.
