Share with your birthday party members and make your selections from our yummy menu.
Menu Choices Order Form
Once you’ve made your booking, please fill out the Menu choices order form with food preferences for the whole group so our team can start preparing your catering for the day! Email this back to ku.oc.keerclemac@olleh along with the birthday child’s name and age at least 48 hours prior to the party.

Birthday Party FAQ’s
What do we do when we get there?
Meet your group at the entrance before you go in. We ask that guests enter the park as one group, children being dropped off at the entrance must be met at admissions by the organiser.
Is there a staff member in the room?
Our birthday parties are not staffed, while a member of the team will bring the food to the party there will not be a staff member present for the duration of your party

Do Member’s get a discount?
Gold members get 25% off the whole party, VIP Members get 50% off, to receive this discount, please enter your membership number at the checkout, redeemable once within your 12 months membership.
Can we leave belongings in the party room?
You will have exclusive use of the party room for 90 minutes, after that it must be cleared of your belongings at the end of your time slot.
Bookings are non-refundable, however if required, we will try our best to move the booking to an alternative date.
Guests that are not booked onto the birthday party or confirmed prior to the day must pay the full day admission rate upon entry to the park, children and adults included.
Someone not booked into the party wants to join, can they do so?

Are there minimum or maximum numbers of children?
There must be a minimum of 8 children attending to book a Birthday party, including the Birthday child, and a maximum of 20 children.
What are the menu options for the party?

When does the food get served?
Your food will be served 15 minutes after the start of your time slot – your choice of either 11.45am or 1.45pm.
Is there a cake or decorations included?
You are welcome to bring your own cake and/or decorations, but this is not supplied
What is your cancellation policy?
