  • Teachers/organisers can get free entry on a ratio of 1:5
  • The visit to carry out a risk assessment is a maximum of 2 adults only, we do not allow lone people in, so 2 people must be present, please bring ID
  • Students/guests who hold a membership have to pay the admission fee
  • No refunds or transfers will be given to guests/students who are unable to make it
  • VAT invoice can be supplied on request
  • Payment must be received at least 1 week in advance
  • Students/guests must be accompanied by a teacher/leader at all times during the visit
  • The whole group will be asked to leave the site immediately if an individual is verbally aggressive towards staff or guests
